Minyo Biz aquires Project Modules I.S.
August 17, 2004 -- After a week of negotiations, Minyo Biz aquired one of the biggest design and web development companies
from The United Kingdom, Project Modules I.S. The web development company is renowned for it's large client base,
their high-profile internet solutions and corporate application development. Along with the purchase of the company itself,
Minyo Biz also aquired all the online properties of Project Modules I.S. Some of the properties included are the two corporate sites of Pmod, www.pmod.co.uk (web development) and www.projectmodules.co.uk (internet solutions and custom corporate applications), www.httppoint.com (web talk/internet presence& exposure forum),
www.pmodhost.co.uk (hosting division), www.60percent.co.uk (CMS Systems) and www.facethecam.com (online web show).
Project Modules will continue to function under the ownership of Minyo Biz constituded on the Andersen model.
Minyo Biz developed the largest online Hip-Hop Community
August 10, 2004 -- After two and a half months in development, Minyo Biz released the largest online Hip-Hop Community,
"Hip-Hop School". The community features the latest news from the Hip-Hop and R&B industry,
latest record releases, an online discussions forum, private user desk with upload and download capabilities,
media libraries and much more. The client, Da Bomb Entertainment, targeted the niche market of young artists and hip-hop
and r&b music lovers, offering them a stand-alone resource for their music interests. The community is membership based,
composed of some of the "hip" artists of today. In the near future an online rap battle system will be developed,
offering the members of Hip-Hop School the possibility to express and show-off their talent online.
