The Next Best Brand Contest Launched!
October 22, 2004 -- Minyo Biz is proud to announce it's first brand development contest. The contest will have 4 distinctive stages/aspects. During the first stage,
members of the general public will have the possibility to submit their requests. The requests will consist in written essays in which
members of the general public will outline which industry is in need for a new brand and why. After 100 submissions are received, this part of
the contest will end. A comitee will evaluate all the essays and will pick 5 submissions based on various criteria. These 5 essays will constitute the
basis for the second contest level, in which Minyo Biz will make this essays available to the general public. At this stage, designers and branders alike
will have the chance to enter the contest which will consist in developing a brand for each or one of the 5 projects. After all submissions are received,
a board of respected members from the branding, design and advertising community will judge the entries and will choose 10 contestants to enter the final
level of the contest. After a final evaluation, made both by the general public and the members of the board, 4 winners will have their name written
in the branding history book. Please read below for the contest rules and prizes!

Corporate Alignment: ITIL and ISO 17799
Corporate Alignment
We are pleased to announce our long term strategy of alignment with both ITIL and ISO 17799 (BS7799). These are both important developments in the information technology market. ITIL is the emerging standard for IT service management, whilst ISO 17799, sometimes known as BS7799, is the standard for IT security. Although our long term objective is full compliance and potentially certification, in the short term we will be aligning our services accordingly. General information on these topics: ITIL: ITIL, ITIL and BS15000. ISO 17799: ISO 17799, ISO 17799, BS7799
